ROBERT L. KAUFFMAN

Robert Lee Kauffman practices at the Seagrove Beach office of Dunlap & Shipman.  Since graduating from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and becoming a member of the Florida Bar in 2009, he has dedicated his career to serving the legal needs of this area.  A majority of Robert’s practice involves the representation of community association clients, with an additional focus on real property litigation, commercial litigation and appellate practice.  He is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator.

 

Mr. Kauffman is actively involved in the local community, including volunteer service on HOA boards of directors, membership in the Point Washington United Methodist Church, and past service as Vice President of the Walton Bar.  He lives in Santa Rosa Beach with his wife Louisa and their children Jack and Emerson.

 

Robert is licensed to practice in all Florida State Courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida. Robert is also a member of the Alabama State Bar and is authorized to practice law in the State of Alabama.
