J. LUKE CHANEY

J. Luke Chaney is an associate at the firm. Luke received his undergraduate degree from Florida State University in Real Estate in 2019, graduating with the highest honors. Luke also graduated with the highest honors from Florida State University’s College of Law in 2022 and was admitted to the Florida Bar in September of 2022. While in law school, Luke was an active member of the Business Law Review and worked as a research assistant for Professor Justin T. Sevier. Prior to graduating, Luke interned with Holtzman Vogel Baran Torchinsky & Josefiak PLLC in Tallahassee, Florida.
Luke’s areas of practice include transactional real estate, land use and development, and associations law.
Luke grew up in Niceville, Florida and was excited when given the opportunity to return to the area to practice law. Luke has settled in Freeport with his girlfriend and their dog, Leo. On his free time, Luke enjoys walking his dog, playing pickleball, and spending time with his family.
