KRISTIN A. GARDNER

Kristin A. Gardner is originally from Indian Harbour Beach, Florida. Kristin practices in Dunlap & Shipman’s Tallahassee office focusing her practice in the areas of Community Association Law and Real Property Disputes.
Kristin serves as general counsel for several homeowners and condominium associations. In that capacity she has represented several associations in enforcing their covenants and in foreclosure actions for unpaid assessments. She has also assisted various large north Florida communities revitalize their expired covenants and restrictions.
Kristin is active in her community having been on the Board of Tallahassee Young Life and has assisted in several large fundraising events for TreeHouse of Tallahassee and Lee’s Place.
Living in Tallahassee with her husband and two children, Kristin enjoys running, spending time outdoors with her family and attending her children’s extracurricular activities.
Kristin is licensed to practice in all Florida State Courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Florida.
Kristin earned a B.S. in Communications and Political Science from Florida State University and her Juris Doctor from the Florida State University College of Law.
