DAVISSON F. DUNLAP JR.

DAVISSON F. DUNLAP, JR., was born Jacksonville, Florida.  He graduated from Presbyterian College with a B.A. in 1966 and from the University of Florida College of Law with a J.D. in 1971.  He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1971 and is a member of the U.S. District Court, Northern and Middle Districts of Florida; U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit; U.S. Court of Federal Claims.  He is the author of the chapter ”Recoverable Damages,” Florida Construction Law and Practice, published by the Florida Bar in 1983 and has contributed the updated chapters, the latest revisions being 2013 and 2016.  He is the author of the chapter “Damages,” Professional Liability of Lawyers, published by the Florida Bar in 1989, 1992, 2002.  He is a member of American Board of Trial Advocates (President, Florida Chapter, 2004); American Bar Association; Tallahassee Bar Association; American Inns of Court, William H. Stafford (Tallahassee) Chapter.
