ASHLEY ROGERS

Ashley Rogers is a partner in the firm’s Santa Rosa Beach, Florida office. She earned both her undergraduate degree in economics and her juris doctor degree from the University of Georgia, having studied as a visiting law student at Louisiana State University for one year. She is a member of the state bar associations of Florida, Alabama, and Louisiana, and is licensed to practice in numerous state, federal, appellate, and bankruptcy courts.

 

Ashley is an expert in Florida real estate law and is designated by The Florida Bar as a Board Certified Specialist. She leads the firm’s real estate transactions department, addressing commercial and residential sales, financing, and title insured transactions. She litigates matters involving real property, business, and bankruptcy issues and is a certified circuit court mediator.

 

She enjoys contributing to programs designed to enhance education and to support economic development. In 2019, Ashley was inducted onto the 

Northwest Florida State College Foundation Board of Directors.

She previously coached the mock trial team at NWFSC’s Collegiate High School and was an adjunct instructor of business communications at Pensacola State College. Ashley continually has served as a Justice Teaching volunteer since Justice Lewis began the program in 2006 that now underpins the Justice Teaching Center for Civic Learning. She was a community spokesperson and educator for Okaloosa County’s economic development ad valorem tax exemption referendum and separate tax increment financing initiative. In 2016, she received the Pinnacle Award, given by 850 Business Magazine, in recognition of her contributions to business, community, and economic development in the Florida panhandle.
