AARON A. WHITE

Aaron A. White is a shareholder in the firm. He is double board certified by the Florida Bar and a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator. He practices in the firm’s South Walton Office.
Aaron is Board Certified by the Florida Bar as a Specialist in Construction Law. He represents owners, contractors, and design professionals in all aspects of construction, including pre-construction contract drafting and negotiation, disputes arising during construction, mechanics liens and other payment disputes, and post-construction defect and delay claims. Aaron also represents clients in payment and coverage disputes with their insurance carriers.
Aaron is also Board Certified by the Florida Bar as Specialist in Condominium and Planned Development Law and dedicates a large portion of his practice to the representation of condominium and homeowner’s associations in Bay, Walton, and Okaloosa Counties, oftentimes serving as general legal counsel. Legal services include advising board members and association management to ensure compliance with applicable laws, collection of delinquent assessments, contract drafting, governing document revisions, meeting attendance, and litigation matters.
Additionally, Aaron provides general legal counsel to a variety of local small businesses in the fields of construction, real estate, and entertainment, among others.
Aaron is Certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit Civil Mediator and is available to mediate cases throughout the State of Florida, with particular emphasis on claims involving construction, community associations (including statutorily required pre-suit mediations), and real property disputes.
Aaron has strong ties to the area having moved to the Florida panhandle in the late 1990’s when his father was stationed at Eglin Air Force Base. Aaron lives in Miramar Beach with his wife and three children and enjoys cycling, swimming, fishing, college football, and spending time his with family.
